Yesterday I asked my brother if I could borrow the film camera he took from my dad years ago. I didn't know what brand it was but I was excited when he said yes. He actually allowed me to keep it because this isn't the one he found in the closet but instead it's a different one he ordered online to duplicate the one from his childhood. Anyway, that was really nice of him.
I realized that although I know my way around to getting a proper exposure, everything is really different when it's not digital and you don't have that crutch of being in Aperture or Shutter priority modes. I hope I get the hang of it before I go through too many rolls my wallet probably can't handle.
