Baked or Grilled Fish

1 Whole Fish - my mom used Catfish.
2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
Chinese Black Beans
Salt
(Optional lemon)

 Score the descaled and cleaned fish on both sides, add the tomatoes, onions, and black beans to the fish and place on aluminum foil. Sometimes I like to also add lemon wedges but we didn't have any at the time. Place in oven for about 20-30 minutes until cooked. Enjoy!
